Adventure Air Sports Rock Hill Birthday Party Giveaway: Official Rules

  1. Sponsor. The giveaway is sponsored by Adventure Air Sports Rock Hill ("Sponsor"), operator of Adventure Air Sports Rock Hill.
  2. Eligibility. The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. A parent or legal guardian enters on behalf of their child. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising and promotion agencies cannot enter. Neither can their immediate family members or people in their households.
  3. Entry period. Entries open at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, October 19, 2026, and close at 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, November 6, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
  4. How to enter. Visit https://go.adventureairsports.com/rock-hill and complete the entry form: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, ZIP code, and your child's birthday (month and day). Limit: one entry per person and per email address. Entries made by script, bot, or any automated means are void, as are any entries beyond the limit. Entrants will receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to enter or win.
  5. Prize. There is one (1) winner. The prize is one Adventure Party Package at Adventure Air Sports Rock Hill for up to 13 guests. It includes 60 minutes of unlimited park access, 40 minutes of party table time, pizza, and drinks.
    • The party must be booked with, and redeemed at, Adventure Air Sports Rock Hill by February 7, 2027. Bookings are subject to availability.
    • The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
    • Any unused part of the prize is forfeited. Extra guests, extra food, and add-ons are at the winner's expense.
    • Every participant must sign the park waiver and follow park rules.
  6. Winner selection and notification. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on or about Monday, November 9, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and text message at the contact information entered.
    • The winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification, or the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
    • The winner may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and a release, where lawful.
  7. Taxes. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
  8. Photos and publicity. All guests sign the park waiver on arrival. The waiver allows photos and video taken in the park to be used in Sponsor's marketing. Except where prohibited, Sponsor may announce the winner by first name, last initial, and city.
  9. Privacy and messaging. Entry information is used as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy (https://adventureairsports.com/locations/rock-hill/privacy-policy/) and Terms of Service (https://adventureairsports.com/locations/rock-hill/terms-of-service/).
    • If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Adventure Air Sports at the number you provided.
    • Consent is not a condition of entry or purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
  10. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.
    • If fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupts the giveaway, Sponsor may cancel or change it. In that case, Sponsor may award the prize from the eligible entries received before the problem began.
    • Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected.
  11. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their agencies from any claims arising from participating in the giveaway or accepting or using the prize, except where prohibited by law.
  12. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
  13. Not affiliated with Meta. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  14. Winner's name. To request the winner's first name and last initial, contact Sponsor through adventureairsports.com by December 9, 2026.
